disruptD is the formal expression of work she spent years proving in the field.

For nearly a decade before disruptD was incorporated, PE operated #DisruptTheDivide as an initiative

where she was testing audiences, gathering data, and demonstrating that access to information and collaboration could be engineered rather than lucked into. 

Every organization she worked with became a partner and laboratory: measuring what engaged communities, what unlocked funding, what partnerships produced real mobility, and where institutions consistently failed to translate opportunity.
